Kate Moss, launching her fashion range for Topshop, sent a crowd of press and fans into a frenzy when she finally appeared in the shop window last week on the 1st of May.
Eager shoppers who had queued for up to nine hours to catch a glimpse of their icon screamed and pushed as the curtains, which had remained closed all day, opened at the flagship Oxford Street store.

A line of people eager to be the first to get their hands on the goods began earlier in the day – and by 7.30pm stretched almost all the way around the block.
Topshop staff handed out popcorn, water and Krispy Crème doughnuts to keep sugar and energy levels high.
