hello! good point regarding uv protection…However, we need to keep in mind that we need some exposure to sunlight for Vit D. (the body cannot manufacture vit D). so, if we use high spf, and the fact that many asian women dont want to get darker, it is possible that the body cannot manufacture enough vit D…. the end result coud be osteoporosis.
Besides, not many women in msia do exercise, so the bone density may eventually decrease comparatively faster than western women who exercise… end result – osteoporosis.
