[face]
Elianto oil free liquid foundation in 01 Ivory Beige
MAC StudioFix powder foundation in NC30
Silkygirl nectar blusher (on the apples)
Elianto dusty rose blusher (below the apples and slightly on the hollows of my cheek)

[eyes]
~Rayleen’s Sweet Scents Pigments~
…smokey quartz & diamonds… (outer corner)
…peacock & diamonds… (inner corner)
——————————————————
Lancome e/s in Moonlight Beam (middle of eyelid + highlighter)
Elianto e/s in Black Sea (a tad bit in the crease)
Fasio fiber mascara base
Estee Lauder magnascopic mascara *got it from yin*
Elianto perfect liquid eyeliner in Black

[lips]
~Yin’s Lancome Lipgloss~
…bubblegum…

1. Products I used (except for the liquid foundation)

2. Start with a clean moisturized face.

3. Pump out a suitable amount of liquid foundation on the back of your hand.

4. Take out your skunk brush or foundation brush and start swirling it over your face.

p/s I’ve already posted another airbrushed foundation tutorial in the forum months ago, so I would recommend reading that one if you want more detailed foundation info.

5. Done with the liquid

6. And on goes the 2way cake for extra extra coverage because my skin is terrible

7. Draw in your brows. I’m using a pencil one from elianto and it’s really soft and nice to draw on.

8. Dip your eyeshadow brush and catch some pigments.

9. Gently pat it on your lids. Pat. Not sweep. (to give more intense colour)

10. Blend with a blender brush, only on the outer ‘rim’ of your pigment/colour so that the colour doesn’t get washed off too much.

11. Now for the brown pigment. Do the same thing and dip your brush in those piggies.

12. Pat it on again.

13. Blend blend blend and see the outcome. Blend somemore until you’re satisfied and add somemore pigments if you find the colour too washed off.

14. Add some black eyeshadow to the brown pigment part (preferably on the crease) and blend.

15. Pick some white/silver eyeshadow up.

16. Pat it again in between the blue and brown pigments, close to the lash line.

The look so far~~

17. Apply black liquid eyeliner for a more dramatic effect.

My winged part is a little weird though, didn’t use liquid eyeliner in ages.

18. Curl lashes.

19. Mascara base.

20. Black mascara. I find that it’s easier for me to apply mascara, by holding the wand near my lashes, and batting my lashes on the wand instead of the zig-zag motion thingie.

21. Add a highlight to your browbone.

22. Dip your brush in your blusher (lighter colour)

23. Sweep it on your cheekbones

24. Now take a darker contouring/bronzy shade

25. Apply it on the hollows of your cheek. Pat at first to get the colour, then swirl a bit and blend.

26. Lastly lips!!!

The final look

Something to feel home

Tuesday, May 15th, 2007

As long and as far that I have been here, I dont know any food that can make me feel at home. I thought that Thai food was good enough, the closest one that I could get until few months ago when I saw this restaurant that serve Malaysian menu. However, it’s sad to say that Malaysian menu is served at ungodly hours between 10pm - 2am. So … sigh.

Anyway, they serve Chinese and Japanese food, which is quite a close call too

pork
Sorry this is pork

lemon chicken
I really really like this ===> lemon chicken, omg … nice until can die

Litchi

while this is totally unrelated … Cafe de Paris = Litchi … this is a champagne of France and it’s superb … real superb …

sorry dont know what happened .. i couldnt post the image here

1)Price
the price is quite cheap given the fact tht the food portion is kinda big. for a small price, u get a big portion of food! their plates and bowls are big and so are the food. it’s worth your money to give it a try! ;) the total bill is subjected to 5% govt tax and 5% service tax.

2) Location
Kafe Strawberry Fields
26, Ground Floor, Jalan USJ 10/1B,
46720 Subang Jaya
Tel: 03 - 5635 9252

3) How to get there
it’s a corner shop.so sorry coz unable to get a map to this place. it’s easy to spot this cafe though.

4) Description/Review

this place is alwiz crowded wif ppl esp during the weekends. its service is good as the waiters are still attentive during peak hrs, esp lunch time. many working adults visit this place during the weekends. during the weekends, the place isnt as packed as weekdays thus if u wanna spend the time wif ur family without having to scream across the table when u are chatting, it’s recommended tht u visit this face during the weekends :D

there is a variety of food available ranging frm asian food to western food to ala carte which are onli available at nite. the desserts available are assorted too! thus if u are having a headache trying to figure out which place to dine coz the company u are with wanna try different type of cuisines, juz pay this place a visit! ur prob will be solved ;)

this tomyam fried meehoon is simply delicious! it has cuttlefish too at the price of onli rm 5.60. now tht’s wat i call affordable and cheap! for a gurl like me who cant really take spicy food, this is tolerable! it’s not too spicy til i need to gulp down glasses of water juz to enjoy a thai dish. if u really fancy spicy food, u can request the waiter to inform the kitchen of tht.

mii dun really like her tomyam soup mee as it’s too sour to her liking. if u are a sour queen, oops did i juz say tht? i mean if u luv sour food and believe urself to be the queen of sour-food-eating, this dish is meant for u! ;) there are prawn, squids and oyster mushrooms. this bowl of mee is priced at rm 5.80.

karen luvs her tomyam soup meehoon lots! she thinks tht the sourness is simply marvellous! the meehoon has fully absorbed the taste of the tomyam. it’s spicy for me but not spicy for her. the verdict is urs! it’s priced at rm 5.80 too.

to quench our thirst, we order ice kacang. it’s priced at rm 3.20 each. it’s disappointing though as the ice is too coarse. it’s sweetness is juz nice but ntg to shout about though coz its taste doesnt make u wanting for more. they dun put gula melaka(palm sugar or ‘malacca sugar’ in english) to add to its taste.

Kate Moss launches range for Topshop

Wednesday, May 9th, 2007

Kate Moss, launching her fashion range for Topshop, sent a crowd of press and fans into a frenzy when she finally appeared in the shop window last week on the 1st of May.

Eager shoppers who had queued for up to nine hours to catch a glimpse of their icon screamed and pushed as the curtains, which had remained closed all day, opened at the flagship Oxford Street store.

Kate Moss known for her taste in fashion

A line of people eager to be the first to get their hands on the goods began earlier in the day - and by 7.30pm stretched almost all the way around the block.

Topshop staff handed out popcorn, water and Krispy Crème doughnuts to keep sugar and energy levels high.
